B&B + Apartments Residenza Iris

The property is a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre. It is well served by shops, supermarkets and a small family-run restaurant.

It has a reserved parking space, free Wi-Fi, free Guest Card and air conditioning on request.
The bus stop leading directly to the city centre and the train station is located next to the property.

B&B Iris is located on the attic floor of an elegant two-storey building newly built (year 2015). It is centrally and strategically located in relation to the major tourist attractions, hospitals, Protontherapy and universities of the city of Trento.

The ’rooms’ are actually mini-apartments with their own entrance and of varying size, which can accommodate from two to five people.

We would like to inform you that from 01/12/2021 the Autonomous Province of Trento has introduced a municipal tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per day.

N. B. the Dalia room with shared bathroom with the Ortensia room (same flat) is assigned only to families of the same household from 3 to 5 persons in total or to groups of friends.
