The flat consists of:
separate entrance, bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, super-equipped kitchen with also small sofa, bathroom with shower.

Location:
- situated in a 19th century building, obviously renovated, and only two floors with a fenced courtyard and free parking space;
- quiet but close to the historic centre, which can be reached on foot in just 15/20 minutes or, alternatively, by bus line 4, which runs every 12/15 minutes to the train station. The stop is very close;
- close to the Trento Sud motorway exit, the Trento Nord/Rovereto ring road, the hospitals, Protonterapia, the Muse;
- served by 3 supermarkets, 1 small family-run restaurant, pizzerias, pharmacy, rural cash dispenser, hairdresser, newsagent, tobacconist, laundry, parks, tennis court, cycle path.

On arrival you will find:
- A super-equipped kitchen with various crockery and also pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine with pods but also the classic moka, fridge with freezer;
- washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hair products/shower;
